Police have arrested a Henderson man accused of reporting crimes that didn’t happen. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
Henderson Police say Timothy Casebier faces charges of False Reporting and Harassing Communications.
HPD Officer Jason Cullum says Casebier made a dozen 911 calls during the months of January, February, and March.
Cullum says he claimed his house had been broken into, and he reported physical assaults, harassment, and being shot with a BB gun.
Police say Casebier’s allegations were made against two specific people.
After investigating the complaints, officers determined they were false allegations.
A judge issued a warrant and officers took Casebier to the Henderson County Detention Center.
