Authorities have released the name of the man who died in a bicycle crash on the Lloyd Expressway. WNIN’s John Gibson has the update:
The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office says 63-year-old Delphis Lannan died in the collision late Thursday night at the Lloyd and Crosspoint Boulevard.
Evansville Police say Lannan was riding a bike when he was struck by a vehicle.
He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No one in the vehicle was injured.
Investigators say they don’t believe alcohol was a factor in the crash and there was no word of any charges against the driver.
An investigation continues.
