After receiving our first accumulating snow over the holiday weekend, we may see more snow Monday. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The National Weather Service is predicting light snow in the Evansville area Monday afternoon, with accumulations up to one inch.
Mother Natured delivered one-to-three inches on Saturday.
Forecasters suggest allowing extra time and driving carefully if and when the new snow arrives.
The weather service says the snow will be accompanied by the coldest air of the season.
The temperature is forecast to stay below freezing in Evansville today (Mon), with light wind.
The warmest day of the week is predicted on Wednesday, with the mercury rising into the mid-to-upper 40’s.
But another sub-freezing day with bitter cold wind chills is expected on Thursday.
