A southern Illinois woman has been arrested for the murder of her husband, a circuit court judge. WNIN’s John Gibson has the story:
Illinois State Police arrested 44-year-old Megan Valentine of Albion, in connection with the fatal shooting of Illinois Second Judicial Circuit Court Judge Michael Valentine.
The 41-year-old judge was found deceased on an Edwards County road on Election Day.
Megan Valentine has been charged with First Degree Murder, Aggravated Battery with a Firearm, Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, and Aggravated Domestic Battery.
Megan Valentine is being held at the White County jail.
