Morgan Culyer-Foster of Owensboro, 25, died in Friday night's crash

Authorities in Owensboro have released the victim’s name after a fatal crash. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:

The deceased victim has been identified as 25-year-old Morgan Culyer-Foster of Owensboro.

The crash in the 3400 Block of New Hartford Road Friday night injured two more people.

Owensboro Police say one of the drivers, Maddox Hall of Utica, was taken into custody and on multiple charges, including Vehicular Homicide, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the influence of Alcohol, and Leaving the Scene of Accident.

The OPD says Hall was convicted in 2023 for his role in a 2022 crash in Daviess County.

In that case, Hall was convicted of Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of Marijuana, Wanton Endangerment, and driving without his license.
