Authorities have released the name of the young man killed in a weekend crash on the Lloyd Expressway. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office says 21-year-old Mohamad Khan of Newburgh died in the crash Saturday afternoon on the Lloyd at Fielding Road.
Evansville Police said Khan was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The EPD said three vehicles were involved and two other people were taken to hospitals with minor injuries.
The crash and investigation forced police to block traffic on the eastbound Lloyd for a while.
There’s no word of any charges being filed.
