An Evansville man has been found safe after police issued a statewide Silver Alert. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
Evansville Police say 60-year-old Phillip Ray Dillon has been located and is safe.
Indiana State Police issued the Silver Alert early this (Wed) morning.
The alert said Dillon was last seen Tuesday afternoon at 4:00.
Police say the alert was issued based on Dillon’s physical and mental disabilities.
