Police are investigating the discovery of an injured woman alongside a highway near Boonville. WNIN’s has details:
The Warrick County Sheriff’s Office says the woman was discovered off State Road 62, just east of Boonville.
First responders determined the woman had what they called “serious injuries.”
Warrick EMS took the female victim to a hospital.
Her name was not released.
There was also no word on the nature of her injuries.
The sheriff’s office says detectives are investigating the incident.
