Suspect Arrested in Lloyd Expressway Shooting

File

EPD: The alleged shooter had fought with the victim at a Franklin St. bar

Police have arrested a suspect for the shooting of a man inside a vehicle on the Lloyd Expressway. WNIN’s John Gibson has the update;

A police affidavit shows 24-year-old Jason Goss Jr. has been arrested for the shooting early Sunday morning on the West Lloyd near Lemcke Avenue.

Police say the victim had been involved in a fight at Bud’s Bar and Grill on W. Franklin St.

Officials say surveillance cameras captured Goss following the victim’s vehicle after it left the bar and headed west on the Lloyd, moments before the shooting.

Police say the video evidence from security and flock cameras provided enough evidence to arrest Goss.

He’s being held in the Vanderburgh County Jail without bond on a charge of Attempted Murder.
