A pedestrian is dead after being hit by a truck in Henderson. WNIN’s John Gibson has more:
It happened at about 6:30 Friday morning at the busy intersection of Green and 2nd streets.
Henderson Police say a semi struck a woman and the driver reportedly left the scene.
There’s no word yet on the identity of the victim.
Authorities shut down the intersection for more than two hours as police investigated the incident.
There was no word of any arrests.
The intersection has since reopened.
