Police have arrested an Evansville man accused of killing Manuel Heaton. WNIN’s John Gibson has the update:
The body of the 27-year-old Heaton was found Saturday at the Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife Area in northwestern Warrick County.
Indiana Conservation Officers and the Warrick County Sheriff’s Office say 40-year-old Johnathon Buza has been arrested and charged with Heaton’s death.
Buza faces charges of murder, robbery, and possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
He’s being held in the Warrick County Jail.
Authorities are still asking anyone with information on the case to contact the Indiana Department of Natural Resources or the Warrick County Sheriff’s Office.
