Joshua Cantrell is accused of trying to illegally withdraw money at Fifth Third Bank

Police have arrested a man for allegedly trying to withdraw money illegally from a Gibson County bank. WNIN’s John Gibson has the story:

Indiana State Police say it happened Tuesday afternoon at the Fifth Third branch in Haubstadt.

The ISP says bank employees suspected a man inside the bank was trying to withdraw money with a fake ID.

When troopers and detectives arrived, they identified the suspect as 40-year-old Joshua Cantrell of Indianapolis.

The ISP says Cantrell was using fraudulent identification and attempting to withdraw funds from an unauthorized account.

Officers arrested Cantrell and took him to the Gibson County Jail.

He faces charges of Fraud, Identity Deception, Forgery, and Possession of Marijuana.
