Authorities have released the name of the man killed when a school bus collided with his bicycle in Evansville. WNIN’s John Gibson has the update:
The Vanderburgh County Coroner says 62-year-old Albert Leroy Page died at the scene of the crash at Louisiana and Mary streets on Tuesday.
The bike Page was riding collided with a school bus and he died at the scene.
There were no students on the bus at the time.
Evansville Police Sgt. Anna Gray said the bus driver fully cooperated with the investigation and was taken to a local hospital for a blood draw, which is protocol after a fatal accident.
Investigators don’t believe foggy conditions were a factor.
