A suspicious fire chased three people from their Evansville home. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
Evansville firefighters responded to the blaze at 508 S. Denby Ave. just before 10:30 Tuesday night.
EFD Division Chief Mike Larson said the first crews on scene found fire coming from the front of the house, but quickly contained it.
The three occupants escaped out a side door with no injuries.
Larson called the fire damage to the house “significant.”
A report was filed with Evansville Police and the Red Cross was called to assist the displaced family.
