On the 50th anniversary of the Bull Island Rock Festival, David James reminisces with two fellow attendees, reporter Len Wells and author Dan Davis, who has just published a book about the festival. Bull Island drew several hundred thousand people to a cattle pasture on the Wabash River on Labor Day weekend, 1972.
