A body has been recovered from the Ohio River at Owensboro. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
Authorities were called to the river on Tuesday and found a deceased male in the water.
The OPD says Owensboro firefighters were dispatched to the scene to help recover the body.
Detectives also responded and are asking for the public’s help.
Anyone with information on the case is urged to call the OPD at 270-687-8888, or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at 270-687-8484.
There was no word on the identity of the victim.
