Early Vanderburgh County voters have cast ballots at local libraries and Old National Events Plaza

Early voting for Tuesday's primary election in Vanderburgh County ends at noon Monday at Old National Events Plaza. WNIN’s John Gibson has more:

Early voting at local libraries ended on Friday.

Voters can ask for either a Republican or Democratic ballot in Indiana – but not both.

On the GOP ballot in Vanderburgh County, the only county-wide race is incumbent prosecutor Nick Hermann being challenged by attorney Diana Moers.

Another race on the Republican ballot finds incumbent State Representative Tim O’Brien challenged by Sean Selby in House District 78.

The big race on the Democratic ballot is Noah Robinson and Jason Ashworth vying to be the party’s nominee for Vanderburgh County Sheriff.

Tuesday’s winners advance to the November general election.
