Couple Faces Murder, Neglect Charges in Infant Death
The child was found dead in the pair's Warrick County home in February
Two parents face murder and neglect charges following the death of their infant in Warrick County. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
The Warrick Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested 23-year-old Caylin Monroe and 22-year-old Jakob Scott on Tuesday.
Their infant was found deceased in their home in the 3000 block of Honeysuckle Drive back in February.
The case was submitted to the Warrick County Prosecutor's Office.
The investigation led to charges of murder and neglect of a dependent resulting in death -- both Level 1 felonies.
Monroe and Scott are being held without bond in the Warrick County jail.
