Evansville firefighters have extinguished a business fire on the West Side. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
Central Dispatch says crews were sent to 2316 W. Franklin St. shortly after 5:00 Monday morning.
The blaze was reported in the two-story building that houses Aqua Care Pool Service and two other businesses.
The structure also has upstairs apartments.
Reports from the scene indicated all occupants got out safely and there was no word of any injuries
It was not clear how the fire started or how much damage was done.
The fire forced authorities to block traffic on Franklin between 12th Avenue and St. Joe Avenue for about two hours.
