Firefighters Battle Early Morning House Fire


Crews were on the scene several hours

Volunteer firefighters have extinguished a stubborn house fire in McCutchanville. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:

Crews were dispatched to the house on Maple Lane at Cherry Circle at about 3:00 Tuesday morning.

Some were still on the scene four hours later.

Multiple news outlets reported nobody was home at the time of the fire.

Photos from the scene showed smoke coming from the windows of the two-story house.

There was no word of any injuries.

There was also no word yet on the cause of the fire.
