Police Arrest Henderson Man Accused of Fleeing Officers

File

HPD: Suspect was also selling pot

A Henderson man is accused of leading police on a chase that ended at his home. WNIN’s John Gibson Reports:

The HPD says officers tried to stop a vehicle at Third and Carlisle streets Saturday night, but the driver wouldn’t pull over.

Officers were able to get the license number off the vehicle before the driver evaded police.

The tag sent them to the home of Brent Smith in the 2400 block of Wood Drive.

Police arrested Smith on preliminary charges including fleeing police, driving under the influence, and trafficking in marijuana.
