It’s almost time to “spring forward.” WNIN’s John Gibson has the reminder:
We will lose an hour when the Tri-State returns to Daylight Saving Time early Sunday Morning.
If you have clocks that don’t automatically make the change, you’re advised to turn them ahead one hour before turning in Saturday night or when you rise Sunday morning.
Fire officials say it’s also a good reminder to replace old smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
We’ll get the hour back when we return to Standard Time in early November.
