A news release from Mayor Lloyd Winnecke’s office says bus fares for adult passengers will drop from $1.00 to 75-cents, student fares will decrease from 75-to-50 cents, elderly and disabled fares will change from 50-to-35 cents, and METS Mobility Service will drop from $2 to $1.50 per ride

But METS says bus transfers will be eliminated.
