Two More COVID Deaths in Western Kentucky; 21 New Cases in Vanderburgh County

COVID-19 has claimed two more lives in western Kentucky. 

The Green River District Health Department reported one COVID-related death in Daviess County and another in Webster County in its Tuesday report.

The death toll since March in Daviess County rose to ten. The fatality in Webster County was the second blamed on the virus.

26 COVID-related deaths have been reported in the seven-county district.

Meantime, the Indiana State Department of Health recorded 21 new cases in Vanderburgh County, but no new fatalities.

There were also no new deaths in Warrick, Posey, or Gibson counties.

Statewide, more than 800 new COVID cases were reported along with 15 additional deaths.
