Today Is Deadline To Request Vote-By-Mail Ballot For June 2 Primary

Thursday is the last day for Hoosiers to request a vote-by-mail ballot for this year's primary.

Indiana expanded vote-by-mail to all voters for its postponed June 2 primary due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Any voter can request an absentee ballot online at IndianaVoters.com.

Vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the local county clerk by noon on Election Day.

So far, there have been 453,130 ballots requested, with 193,282 returned to county clerks across the state.

In the 2018 primary, only 171,926 Hoosiers voted absentee. In 2016, it was about 282,288.
