Grammy Winner to Headline Parksfest for 2021

Facebook

After being cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic last year, officials have announced the lineup for Parks Fest 2021.

On its Facebook page, Parks Fest officials say the free day-long event is set for Saturday, October 2, in Evansville’s Garvin Park.

The headliner is Grammy winning singer-songwriter Fantastic Negrito, who won NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert Contest in 2015.

Officials say other performers will include Black Joe Lewis and the Honey Bears, Neal Francis, Factor Primo, and Georgia Funkadelic’s Pool Party.

Local performers will include Corduroy Orbison and the Honey Vines.

Food trucks will again offer food and drink at Parks Fest, which is funded in part by the Anna & Benjamin Bosse Fund and the Mesker Music Trust.
