Deaconess Health System says the first injections of the Pfizer vaccine will go to frontline medical professionals.

In a release, the health system said the initial shots will be given in a large lobby area at Deaconess Gateway, to allow for social distancing and for news media to attend.

Deaconess says all the recipients have agreed to be photographed, but not all want to be interviewed.

Everyone attending the event must wear a mask covering the nose and mouth.
