Dubois County Reports 17th COVID Death

Another COVID 19-related death is reported in Dubois County. 

The county’s health department reported the 17th coronavirus-related death in its Monday report.

The agency also reported 15 new positive cases, pushing Dubois County’s total to nearly 800.

Officials said 640 previous cases are considered “recovered.”

More than 6,300 people have been tested for COVID 19 in Dubois County.

The department stressed again that people wear a mask when around others, practice social distancing, and wash your hands frequently.

Dubois officials also urge those who have been tested to stay home until receiving the results.
