Dubois County COVID Cases Top 200; No New Local Deaths

The number of coronavirus cases in Dubois County has topped 200. 

The county’s Health Department confirmed three more positive cases of COVID-19 Monday.

That raises the total to 202 positive cases in Dubois County, many of them from a turkey processing plant in Huntingburg.

The county has recorded three COVID 19-related deaths and 71 recoveries.

The Indiana State Department of Health reported nine new COVID-related deaths Monday, keeping the statewide total below 2,000.

The state also reported fewer than 300 new cases.

No new deaths were reported in Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey, or Gibson counties.

The Green River District Health Department reported no new deaths in its seven-county region.
