39 New COVID Cases Reported in Vanderburgh County

Another 39 cases of the coronavirus have been reported in Vanderburgh County. 

The Indiana State Department of Health said the county’s number of COVID-19 cases rose to 1,153 out of more than 20,400 tested.

The Vanderburgh County Health Department reports 404 active cases. Its online dashboard also shows people in their 20’s account for about a third of recent infections.

The state agency recorded no new deaths in southwest Indiana, and three fatalities statewide in its Monday report.

The Dubois County Health Department reported 47 new cases since Friday.

And the Green River District Health Department reported 31 new cases in its seven-county region, including 12 in Daviess County and nine in Henderson County.
