38 New COVID Cases in Vanderburgh County

The state of Indiana is reporting another 38 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Vanderburgh County. 

In its Tuesday report, the state’s health department said the county’s total of people who are -- or have been -- infected was up to 1,191.

The Vanderburgh County Health Department showed 421 active cases as of Monday afternoon.

The state reported no new coronavirus-related deaths in southwest Indiana, but 20 new fatalities were recorded statewide – raising the overall toll to 2,652.

Another 194 fatalities are listed as probable COVID deaths.

The Dubois County Health Department reported 11 new cases in its Tuesday report.

The Green River District reported 21 new cases, with nine of them in Henderson County, and another nine in Daviess County.
