Two Western Kentucky Residents Test Positive for COVID-19

Two cases of COVID–19 have been confirmed in the Tri-State. 

In a release, Deaconess Health System said one patient was sent for curbside testing at its Midtown hospital in Evansville from one of its outpatient facilities in Henderson.

Deaconess said the patient tested positive and is doing well on home quarantine.

The Green River Health Department described the patient as a 63-year-old woman who lives in Henderson County.

The second case is a 51-year-old man who lives in Daviess County, Kentucky.

The Green River department said that patient is also isolated at home.

Deaconess Health System said several people who have been tested received negative results.
