General Statement: The member services coordinator will maintain all member records in the Allegiance database. This includes daily deposits and all data entry. This position is responsible for all direct mail efforts and thank you letters to members who donate, and the WNIN Kid’s Club.

Responsibility: Process daily deposits, credit card billings and other payments and apply to member accounts. Assist in the design of direct mail campaigns. Send billings and renewal notices. Maintain all member accounts. Send thank-you letters and other correspondence to members. Monitor major donor accounts and send thank-you letters. Process reports on fulfillment and acquisitions monthly. Organize the Kid’s Club and send birthday cards, packages and other information. Training provided. EEO

Qualifications: Strong data entry, computer, bookkeeping and clerical skills. Customer service experience and the ability to multi-task a plus. Mail merging and letter design are required. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.

Position will cross train with Pledge Coordinator and the two positions will work together to accomplish the needs of the department.
