The Vanderburgh County Health Department has teamed up with Deaconess Health for drive-thru COVID Testing.
In a release, the agencies say they’re now jointly operating testing sites at Deaconess Clinic on Lynch Road and outside the new Deaconess Clinic Downtown at 228 SE Fourth Street.
The downtown location also offers walk-up testing.
The agencies say both sites offer early and late hours, with online scheduling available at deaconess.com/testing.
The collaboration is the result of an Indiana State Department of Health grant, that will continue the testing through June, 2021.
The agencies say the sites will also be used for vaccine administration if a vaccine becomes available.
Test results are available through the Deaconess MyChart app.
Patients without a MyChart account receive phone calls with positive results.
Educational materials in both English and Spanish are available at the testing sites.
