Two more Evansville bars have temporarily closed because of a COVID-19 exposure.
On it Facebook page, Bud’s Rocking County Bar and Grill said it closed its doors Monday after an employee of Bud’s and KC’s Marina Point tested positive for the coronavirus.
The bar and grill on W. Franklin St. and the establishment off Waterworks Road both plan to reopen Wednesday after an extensive cleaning.
It’s the second closing for KC’s since reopening amid the pandemic.
Also this week, the Peephole on Main St. and Sauced at Haynie’s Corner temporarily closed due to COVID exposure.
Some states have ordered bars that reopened to close again due to a spike in COVID-19 cases.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have issued guidelines for bars and restaurants.
