You can now request an absentee ballot online in Indiana.
With the COVID-19 pandemic potentially keeping voters away from the polls for the June 2 primary in Indiana, Secretary of State Connie Lawson announced Tuesday that Hoosiers can request an absentee ballot online.
Previously, voters could only request absentee ballots by mail, email or fax. The online ballot request is available at IndianaVoters.com. The deadline for absentee ballot request is May 21st.
Once voters make the request, the absentee ballot will sent by mail. It has to be completed and returned to your county election board by noon, local time on June 2.
