Arrest in Child Seduction Case at Soccer Academy

The owner of Tudela Soccer Academy in Newburgh is facing felony charges of child seduction.

Indiana State Police say they arrested 37-year-old Jeremy Michael Tudela Thursday afternoon near his home.  

According to a release from ISP, Tudela faces four counts of felony child seduction and one misdemeanor charge of intimidation.  He is being held in the Vanderburgh County Jail on $20,000 bond.

Tudela allegedly had sexual contact  on several occasions with a female soccer student at the academy over  several months beginning in November of 2018.  The alleged victim was under the age of 16.
