The former Tin Man brewery and restaurant is on the auction block.
William Wilson Auction Realty is conducting a sealed bid auction for the vacant facility at 1430 W. Franklin St. in Evansville.
Inspections are planned for August 9th, 14th, and 20th. Bids must be received by noon, August 21st.
Tin Man Brewing was founded in 2012.
Neace Family LLC acquired it in 2017 and eventually moved the brewing operation to a facility in Louisville.
William Wilson says the 21,000 square-foot building is ready for a new use, possibly as a restaurant, bar, or event space.
The facility is in an Opportunity Zone, making tax benefits available to potential buyers.
