A human first set foot on the surface of the moon on July 20, 1969. To mark 50 years since that major milestone in space exploration, the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra (EPO) held a concert on the theme of outer space.
WNIN sat down with a conductor and a physicist to talk about what music can convey about outer space.
If you missed the EPO concert, you can catch it on 88.3 WNIN-FM on April 1 at 8 p.m.
