Bredemeier Named Acting EPO Executive Director

The Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra has named an acting executive director.

In a news release, the EPO says Kimberly Bredemeier has been appointed to the position.

Her duties will include managing the human and financial resources of the orchestra.

She’s also responsible for all operational aspects of the EPO and implementing the policies set by the board of directors.

Bredemeier replaces Gary Wagner, who stepped down as executive director in August.

Bredemeier has been the Director of Operations for the philharmonic for 15 seasons.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Music Management from University of Evansville with a percussion major and a piano and classical guitar minor.

The orchestra’s maestro, Alfred Salvia, is retiring after the 2019-2020 season.
