You have an opportunity Monday night to discuss problems in the Evansville community.
Congregations Acting for Justice and Empowerment – or CAJE -- will hold its annual Community Problems Assembly at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church on W. Mill Road.
Sign in begins at 6pm with the meeting beginning at 6:30.
In a news release, CAJE says concerned citizens from Vanderburgh, Warrick, and Posey Counties will gather to discuss serious problems that have been researched by CAJE.
The group says testimonies will be delivered by community members who are most impacted by youth behavior and mental health issues and the lack of affordable housing.
Local healthcare providers and county and city officials, including Mayor Winnecke, have committed to attend and give updates on their past commitments.
