Council to consider grant requests

The Evansville City Council will discuss how to divide just over $3 million in federal grant dollars among several projects this evening, including some local non-profit agencies. The requests include $112,000 for homeless services from various agencies, $80,000 to provide housing and $130,000 for youth services.
