Tropicana Evansville is one of just two Indiana casinos that reported a revenue increase last month.
The Indiana Gaming Commission says monthly revenue at Indiana casinos dropped in May at eleven of the state’s 13 casinos.
Tropicana Evansville saw a $600,000 increase, bringing its May total to $11 million.
Indiana Grand Casino in Shelbyville was up $1 million to $22.6 million.
The report says adjusted gross casino revenue across the state was $184 million, down $15 million during the same month last year.
Horseshoe Hammond Casino saw the biggest dip in the state, dropping $4.2 million to $34 million last month. Ameristar Casino Hotel in East Chicago fell $3.5 million to just under $18 million.
The French Lick casino reported nearly $6.3 million in revenue in May, down almost a half-million from the same month in 2015.
