The Evansville Redevelopment Commission has approved refinancing the bonds for the Ford Center.
Mayor Lloyd Winnecke says the move will save the city $20 million over 23 years.
He says a combination of sources is paying off the bonds, including gaming revenue, food and beverage taxes, and tax increment money.
Winnecke says the combination will change slightly.
