Early voting is off to a strong start in Evansville.
Voters began casting ballots at the Vanderburgh County Election Office this week. County Clerk Debbie Stucki tells WNIN News that more than 100 residents have already voted at the office for the mid-term election. That's a bigger total than at the same location for the May Primary.
Later this month, on October 20th, seven more early voting centers will open for two weeks in Evansville, including the Salvation Army on Fulton Avenue, Northeast Park Baptist Church on Boeke Road, and the five public libraries.
Whether you vote early or on November 4th, a photo ID is required to cast your ballot.
