Southern Indiana may have gained a new millionaire. WNIN’s John Gibson explains:
The Hoosier Lottery says a single ticket sold in Washington, Indiana matched all six numbers in Wednesday night’s drawing to win the 35-and-a-half million dollar jackpot.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Casey’s gas station on S. State Road 57 in Washington.
Officials say Hoosier Lotto tickets should be checked carefully for the one entry that matched all six numbers.
The winning lotto numbers for Wednesday were: 15-16-22-24-43-44.
Meanwhile, the lottery says a Powerball ticket sold in Ft. Branch matched four out of five numbers and the Powerball for a 50-thousand dollar win.
That ticket was purchased at the Huck’s on E. State Road 168 in Fort Branch.
