Governor Mike Braun is encouraging small business owners in southwest Indiana to explore free tools that help them plan for the future. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
It’s part of a partnership between the Indiana Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and SMB, a platform that provides business owners with educational tools and resources.
Businesses in Vanderburgh, Warrick, Gibson and Posey counties can find the information at SMB.co/Indiana
Braun says he knows what it takes to acquire a business, grow it and prepare it for transition.
He says his administration is committed to helping other Main Street entrepreneurs do the same.
The goal of Braun’s “Keep IN initiative” is to preserve local jobs and locally rooted businesses by reducing preventable business closures and supporting smoother business ownership transitions.
