Evansville Police are asking for your help finding a missing man. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The EPD says 33-year-old Vladimy Conseillant has been missing since July 13th and suffers from severe mental health issues.
Conseillant is described as a black man, six-feet one-inch tall, weighing 180 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and a beard.
He was last seen wearing a red bandana, a red shirt, jeans, socks, and sandals.
His last known residence was in the 400 block of E. Virginia St.
