Several Evansville leaders are among the Indiana Business Journal’s latest “Indiana 250.” WNIN’s John Gibson takes a look:

The Business Journal says the 5th annual list consists of the 250 most influential people in Indiana.

In the category of Business and Financial Services, Old National Bank Chairman & CEO Jim Ryan is among the recipients.

In the Civic and Leadership category, E-Rep President and CEO – and former Evansville Mayor -- Lloyd Winnecke was honored.

Deaconess Health CEO Shawn McCoy was named among the Life Sciences and Healthcare honorees.

In the non-profit and education category, UE President Christopher Pietruzskevich made the list.

And CenterPoint’s Mike Roeder was honored in Energy and Agriculture.

The list was compiled by executives, editors and newsroom staff from IBJ Media's three news brands — Indianapolis Business Journal, Inside INdiana Business, and The Indiana Lawyer.

It followed a months-long process of reviewing nominations, researching Indiana organizations, and consulting community leaders across the state.
