An Evansville teen is dead after an apparent drowning in Gibson County. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:
Authorities say 17-year-old Charlie Lakjohn went missing at New Lake Campground near Oakland City.
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources says crews recovered Lakjohn’s body from the lake Monday evening.
The teen was reported missing in the water at about 5:25 p.m.
A number of agencies responded.
His body was found about 90 minutes later.
